Welcome to The Meraki, Dripping Springs’ Creative Writing publication. Below are things to consider when submitting to The Meraki. Please be aware that our submission deadline is Friday, March 15th.
1-- The Meraki is a book written by and for high school students. Inappropriate content should be limited to the PG-13 range and with the expectation that very young children can get a hold of the book
2-- No opinion pieces/editorials. The Meraki is not a soap box.
3-- All submissions must be creative writing. No essays are allowed.
4-- Minimum and Maximum Length:

- Each piece should at least be able to fill out the page it is on. That means to say, no singular haikus or anything else that would float in a sea of white.
